Great location for ec1.
The rooms can be very hot as the aircon doesnt quite cope when Londons experiencing a heat wave. I guess that is not too often however!
Great, funky location, nice staff.
The room on the first floor is above the bar&restaurant. There was a party and it was too loud.
The staff made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble and the room was very confortable. We were in London for a family wedding and they organised taxis for us, one word excellent!
Very quiet - hardly any noise from outside even though it was on a busy road. Also, very quiet on the inside as I did not hear anybody, not even the other guests.
There were no windows! Only a door out onto the patio area which I did not want to leave open all night so had to use the air conditioner.
Modern design and comfortable at a reasonable price (for London). It is a small hotel with small but comfortable rooms. Love the espresso maker at the end of the hall though would not want the room next to it. The attached restaurant is good. The neighborhood has several good restaurants though it is a bit away from main stuff. The tube is close by.
The bar is lame and small. There is no lobby to hang out in.
Location, restaurant, surrounding environment, design
Excellent staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms, great location for business travelers.
Staff were wonderful, friendly. Room had a very comfortable bed and wonderful rainfall shower. Bath towels were luxurious and so were the terry robes. Nice lighting.
Noisy in the morning when deliveries arrive in the rear square. No coffee maker in the room, although the one in the hall was wonderful.
Staff is really present - good responsiveness and very kind. Location is perfect for EUrostar and City Office. Rooms are small but very nice furnished and decorated. Good breakfast. Quiet Room.
I needed to find a hotel in a central location with good connections and near the city area - preferably within walking distance. Also, as I was staying three nights, it needed to be nice and comfortable. The Zetter proved to be just this. The staff was extremely nice, helping me with many practical things such as giving help with transportation etc. I felt really welcomed and well served! The room itself was nicely decorated, styly, clean and spacy. I would go again.
Only thing I could complain is that the wifi connection was not fast enough for my liking, although worked otherwise well.
location very friendly polite staff
our double bedroom was very small & cramped. not a lot of wardrobe space. tea/coffee facilities out along corridor - water not very hot for coffee/teas overly expensive
The room service menu is the same as the restaurant menu, which is excellent. The bathroom is beautiful, and cannot really be faulted.
Mini-bar selection was a bit limited, and the white wine was terrible.
The noise: exterior and interior
Location of the hotel and the style
Room was quite small, very stuffy and the traffic noise was quite loud
stunning room, fantastic staff, amazing service, topped off with Breakfast in bed. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back.
